Leonardo Ricci is an Investment Director in Special Situations & Private Equity at UCapital Market, which he joined in December 2023. A seasoned capital markets professional with a decade of experience across trading, structured products, equity and derivatives.
Throughout his career, Leonardo held senior roles at leading financial institutions including Tradition Securities, Optiver VOF, and Equita SIM, where he developed and executed cross-border strategies, managed high-volume institutional flows and built a strong track record in equity and derivatives markets. He also worked as a strategic consultant in Strategy&, contributing to selected mandates in capital markets and sustainability-linked projects.
Leonardo holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management, a Master’s in Finance from the London School of Business and Finance, and a degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Milano.
