Fabrizio Boaron is a seasoned investment professional with over 25 years of leadership across private equity, venture capital, special situations, and structured finance. In WRM Capital Asset Management Luxembourg he serves as Senior Advisor and was formerly Managing Director at WRM Capinvest in London, where he led high-impact investments across technology, cleantech, real estate, banking infrastructure, and special situations. He sits on several portfolio company boards and has successfully driven complex turnarounds, exits, and platform build-ups across Europe.

Fabrizio began his career in global investment banking, holding senior roles at Barclays Capital, UBS, BNP Paribas, and Credit Suisse. In 2014, he co-founded FCS Capital Partners, a London-based advisory and asset management firm engaged in early clean-tech and smart infrastructure investments. He is a forward-thinking investor with a strong focus on the intersection of finance and technology.

Fabrizio holds an MSc in Business Administration from Bocconi University and a Master of Applied Science in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he focused on AI, machine learning, and digital transformation.
